News - State Logics

GLO is a UK domiciled company actively seeking domestic and international opportunities. Please direct general inquires to Michael Tanaka, with technical inquiries to William Pearson.

GLO has just released StateLogics, a set of C macros and associated libraries, that uniquely allows the generation of high quality software code directly from design specifications such as Harel state charts. It is of general applicability and of particular interest to the software engineering community engaged in building embedded and real-time systems. Your washing machine, an Airbus jetliner, your mobile phone and the network it connects to, all are controlled by such systems.

Low memory and processor overhead of our implementation make it ideal for resource constrained applications, such as those in embedded systems. The technologies are also a perfect fit for workflow and business process applications. These can be encapsulated as EJBs and managed under J2EE. Configurable code-generation allows targeting and optimisation for any platform, language and management framework.
